Business Development Manager


The Business DevelopmentManager is responsible for building and maintaining valuable regional partnerships with other companies and organizations who serve similar customer segments. This position is to execute.

Drive the sales expansion of Summer Course and Study Abroad Services

Identify and contact companies to successfully pitch partnerships for joint events, sponsorships, etc by developing unique proposals for each potential partner includes building network of study abroad agencies, local businesses, media and schools

Strengthen results from existing partnerships and creating new partnerships by creating clear plans for cooperation with clear benefits for each side; leverage partnerships nationally Work with Marketing team members to successfully execute partnerships to achieve forecasted results


Generate new high-quality leads by working with potential partners and individuals to help build brand and brand awareness through events and other communication channels


The Business Development Manager reports to the regional area manger He or she:

Receives in-house training

Participates in annual staff professional reviews and target-setting relating to renewal of post


A successful candidate has:

Over 5 years of work experience related to business development

International Sales Manager

Primary duties and responsibilities:

1.Establishing and selling product/services to new accounts within assigned markets/territory.

2.Preparing/reviewing proposals/quotations to prospective customers; negotiate with customers within the specified guidelines.

3.Maintaining existing customer contacts and dealing with complaints; analyzing customers’ need to determine potential growth.

4.Answering inquires regarding the company’s products and services.

5.Making sale presentations to prospective customers and promoting products and services of the designated market/territory.

6.Maintaining sound knowledge of competitive activities in the territory/industry and reporting pertinent information to management.

7.Any other duties assigned including assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts, preparing contract for close the sale orders, processing the work orders, coaching sales representatives and attending tradeshows.

Skills & knowledge requirements:

1.Good knowledge of current product technology trends.

2.Good knowledge of industry such as commercial eg. telecommunication, banking, hotel or industrial eg, general industrial, transportation or government services

3.Excellent consultative selling skills.

4.Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills.

5.A self-motivated, energetic team player with business acumen, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

6.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within and across direct management lines.

7.Able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Experience/qualifications requirements:

1.Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a business discipline or equivalent qualification.

2.Minimum 5 years sales experience in similar environment or industry.

3.Proficiency in written and/or spoken English and/or Chinese.

4.Strong customer connection network in a customer segment will be a special consideration.

Sales Manager


1,Spot and cultivate new customers;

2,Identify and develop new customers and also maintain the existing customers;

3,Establish customer relationship through regular visits and calls to know their needs in their future projects;

4,Report to General Manager, including monthly sales meetings/follow up

5,Realization of sales target;

Qualifications needed for this position:

1, Bachelor degree or above.

2, Minimum 5 years' related sales experiences in international sourcing/trading company, with international sourcing experiences will be plus.

3, Strong people management skills

4, Willingness to travel domestic and abroad

5, Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness

6, Good interpersonal & presentation skill; Fluent English in both oral and written is must.

Network Marketing 

Collect sales leads / follow up on old and new Sales Leads by phone, e-mail or face to face meetings with clients

Correspondance with agents and clients

Make quotations in coorperation with our seafreight and airfreight teams import and export

Make client presentations

Secure sales reports for future follow up

Help to prepare statistics for management

Help to prepare sales campaigns on focus areas

Main focus on European Trade lanes both Export and Import

International experience and knowledge within Freight forwarding / sales

Languages Chinese and minimum English fluent in speak and writing

Experience in making quotations, powerpoint presentations etc

Teamplayer but also self-driven which means independent and always searching for new business

Sales Assistant

Job Description:

To assist sales department for all administrative issues

To coordinate task, schedule, meetings

Documentation management (customer information, files, travel report etc)

To support sales team for project activities, such as bidding documents, sales report, quotations, etc.

Job Requirement:

College degree or above

2 years working experience in assistant of Sales/Marketing in an international environment

Good Communication in both Chinese and English

Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office application

Good self-motivation

High sense of Responsibility

Knowledge of machinery/automation is a plus.

Senior Customer Service Representative

Vacancy description

Act as sales order owner to perform OTC daily activities.

Communicate with cross functional departments to provide service commitments to customers upon business requirement, and implement business rule in customer order management.

Contribute to the business target realization and grant efforts to the assigned KPIs achievement.

Being nominated and acting as key-users for respective system (i.e. SAP, ICARe) or business module (i.e. Back to Back sales, 3rd party sales & etc) with longer on-job practices.

Acting as point of contact for the CSR group and co-ordinate CSR activities with longer on-job practices, provide support in resolution of complaints and issues when needed.

Primary point of contact to help & support the ICARe or SAP community on business process & system process related activities (includes gap identification, initiate improvement, trouble-shooting).

Assist Manager in hiring new CSRs & train them when required.

Other on-job tasks assigned by Manager (i.e. reports)


Bachelor degree in International Trade, Commercial or Chemistry related subject.

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Customer Service/ Logistics/ Shipping.

Acquire a good understanding of the OTC process and system process, preferably with SAP experience.

Basic knowledge of logistics procedures, good understanding of commercial and international trade knowledge.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & good interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.

Be willing to have team work cooperation balanced with independent work.
